Boxes with the same number belong together as one dish. 

Place all containers in the fridge until 30 min before you would like to eat. Your KINK menus can be enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery. Or start preparing your food right away.


Set the mood

  1. Turn on some MUSIC to set the mood  
  2. Cover your lightbulb with a red scarf for the right light mode, Kerim Seiler style


Wood-Fired Braised Celeriac 1,5,6,13

  • Bring a pot of water to boil on the stovetop and turn off the heat.
  • Place the miso sauce, still in the bag, into the pot and let sit for 10 minutes. (Keep the water to heat the truffle sauce).
  • Heat a pan on the stove to medium heat.
  • Add oil and pan-fry the celeriac cutlet for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Plate the celeriac cutlet and drizzle the miso overtop.

Homemade Cannelloni with Mushroom Ragout 2,3,4,6,8, 9,10,11,14

  • Heat the oven to 190° C.
  • Warm the cannelloni, still in the aluminium container, for 13-15 minutes. 
  • Place the truffle sauce, still in the bag, in the pot of hot water for 6-8 minutes.
  • Plate the cannelloni and drizzle the truffle sauce overtop.

  • Simply remove from the box and plate. Voilà!
