About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the bar, including:

• Developing and implementing modern and creative cocktail menus 
• Overseeing bar staff and training
• Managing inventory and ordering
• Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service

What we look for:

• Experience as a Bar Manager
• Proven ability to create and execute innovative cocktail concepts
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for the bar industry and a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with lab equipment such as a rotary evaporator is a plus
